Join us for our next Culinary Series, a gastronomic experience that will feature both Chef Héctor Palacios from CASAMARTE and Chef Ezequiel Hernández from JAMAAT, who join our in-house Chef Emmanuel Loya to create an exquisite 3-course menu inspired by the ingredients we grow at the Ranch, paired with a mexican wine.

You will taste delicious plates rich in flavor, color and textures, as a result of the fusion of styles of these renowned Chefs, a culinary experience in an enchanted atmosphere under the starry sky, with the presence of Jazsur, an instrumental band of fusion sounds that will liven up this magical night.

GAZPACHO & TOMATE VARIETIES 
Gazpacho soup made with our diversity of tomatoes from our orchard, cooked and processed in a rich variety of textures and flavors 

MAIN DISH
ROASTED PORK IN A WOOD OVEN & RANCH FITTINGS 
Pork cooked in a wood oven during 4 hours accompanied by a rich hibiscus flower glaze and aromatic herbs and a rich orchard salad, pickles, roasted cauliflower and eggplant puree 

DESSERT
TRADITIONAL EMPANADA 
Traditional flour empanada with requesón candy (zorrillada)
