Join us for a relaxed concert of country music mixed with blues, by the talented singer and guitarist Mike Hurwitz, an authentic cowboy from Wyoming, USA, who preserves the sounds of the American western country, who is inspired by the life of the ranch cowboys to sing and write his wonderful songs, capturing their genuine feelings, through relaxed rhythms, wit and humor, using his distinctive dry, dusty voice.
Besides enjoying their music, you can delight your palate with a refreshing welcome cocktail, and the main dish, a delicious grilled meat accompanied by warm tortillas, frijoles charros, guacamole, pico de gallo, spicy sauces, tanned onions, roasted nopales, poblano pepper stripes with cream, grilled vegetables and the house salad with fresh vegetables from our orchards.
This special meat, besides being rich in savor, is rich in nutrients and free of chemicals, as it is the result of our Holistic Livestock Management program, which supports the regeneration of the land through a planned grazing in which our cattle feed on the natural vegetation of the region, which provides their meat with qualities and flavors that you can only taste at Rancho Cacachilas.
