Join us for an authentic cattle round up experience! We will take a mule ride into the ranch interior to witness the round up 74 head of cattle conducted by our vacqueros. The purpose of this yearly round up is to perform the traditional activities of branding, vaccinating, and castrating of new calves. After the round up, we will then be on our way to a BBQ lunch at Gaspareno to end the event. Contact us to learn more or register.
