The evening starts by meeting at our Mountain and Bike Hub as we transport you to the Rancho Cacachilas Property. We'll travel to El Chivato, our adventure resort and camp location, where we’ll enjoy open-air, Farm-to-Table dining of our own Rancho Cacachilas culinary specialties provided by our new Executive Chef Alejandro Villagomez Santiago. After dinner, the stars and dark night sky take the stage with an interactive talk with a special guest, local astronomer.
