Artisanal Cheese Workshop

Are you looking for a true cultural and dynamic experience? Immerse yourself in a true ranch activity, where you can not only make (and take home!) a delicious fresh cheese, but you'll have all the information behind its artisanal crafting! We start by greeting our friends, the queens of the day... The goats! We will tell you about them, how and why they are special, how they feed and how their day to day is usually. You may even have a chance to win their hearts by giving them a moringa snack!

After introducing ourselves to the goats, we can learn how to handle them! Next to Mickey, our goat charmer, (Or maybe he's the "Goat Piper"?) It will teach you how to do it correctly. we will also meet Genni, our master queer. She will explain the procedure that milk must follow in order to be transformed into a delicious cheese.

While the milk is being processed, you will enjoy a tasting of our cheese collection and ranch miedl and we will take you on a tour of one of our main orchards, where we will share our secrets about having a garden as beautiful as this in the desert. We also share with you interesting information about our constant work projects.
