We are excited to invite you to join us for our Flavors of Baja California Sur Farm-to-Table Dinner on Saturday, February 29th. This culinary series event will be hosted by Chef Alejandro Villagomez and special guest chef Hector Palacios.
Hector Palacios is the Associate Chef of La Peregrina Restaurant. He specializes in Sudcalifornian gastronomy, with great love and roots in his home state Baja California Sur.
The evening will start as we meet at Rancho Cacachilas (Rancho Gaspareño) for a sunset cocktail hour. And then we’ll continue to enjoy a Farm-to-table, Sudcalifornian inspired meal prepared on site by the chefs.
